Step by Step Transformation
Change Management
I offer you a successful transformation into the “New Digital World” with the help of eight milestones in the sense of professional change management.
When we feel comfortable, we usually do not perceive the urgency for a necessary change. We do not necessarily want to leave the pleasant comfort zone. And we do not see that it is already 5 minutes to noon.
But why is that so? Some possible factors are:
- No major and visible crisis apparent.
- Low performance standards. Why should I exert myself? Everything is fine.
- Internal metrics focusing on false performance indices.
- Low confrontational culture. The other guy’s right. Why should I make an effort to discuss his opinion and convince him otherwise?
Most people involved in a company or activities need to reach a common understanding of the direction and goals. This helps to build a „WE Feeling“ and “YES WE CAN” for the desired future. And not to be underestimated: The motivation and the coordination ability for corresponding actions within the change process are increased in a goal-oriented way.
Keep the overall goal in mind. Small and quick successes or successes within a manageable defined period of time are important milestones that contribute significantly to the motivation of all those involved.
Capacity Development Programme
IDT understands the mission critical role that education plays in your digital transformation strategy and assure you that the participants in the IDT Education Center of Excellence will receive practical-oriented courses and inspirations for their job role. We call it “Business Value Trainings”, which will enable the participants for higher productivity in a team-oriented environment.
The IDT Education Center of Excellence provides a complete curriculum of courses designed to ensure that transformation team members are able to skilfully and efficiently implement their knowledge. The courses provide comprehensive role-based trainings for the entire transformation team.
Topics like e.g. roadmap and enablement for Industry 4.0, analyzing the Digital Transformation readiness and develop process solutions, creating impact through future-oriented Business EcoSystems and business models are covered.
As we bring value networks together, an increase in market-oriented training courses and sector specific services will be available, too. Our ambition is to ensure an ongoing improvement of a market-driven courses portfolio to creating impact and progressing sustainability.
Organizational and Institutional Development
A look into the “Company 2030” shows us that we will find new organisational and information landscapes that make use of other market strategies and concepts. Today’s networking in and with many different areas is already forcing us to bring about change. Therefore we have to deal with a feasible and successful transformation of the existing structures into the “New World”. A clear message: align the organisation, i.e. people, processes and technology, with new situations. I talk about the „Impact Propeller4Sustainability“. And why all this? A glance at the following topics alone gives us an idea.
